Smoking and signs

I saw the post on smoking. I'm having an outdoor wedding at my fiance's parent's house and I don't want cigarette butts everywhere. I liked the idea of a couple chairs under a tree for smoking. I would like ideas for cute ashtrays and what the sayings should be for the signs. My theme is wood,burlap,and lace. I want the sign to say something cute I don't want it plain and boring.

I would hope your guests wouldn't be that rude to dispose of their cigarette butts on someone's lawn.  Just have an ashtray someplace.  You don't need a sign.

Simple ashtray, go to craft store & get small metal buckets. Like the silver buckets they have for crafts in all different sizes. Fill w/sand. Then you can just dump them in the trash at the end of the night. It will help to make sure that the butts are totally out & they are less likely to blow away if the wind picks up some compared to just regular ash tray.

For signage, sorry I have no ideas there. If you are having a dj maybe they can just announce where the disginated smoking area is & you'll be covered then. Once a smoker sees a few people in one area smoking, they'll figure it out.
