Fi and I are thinking about getting some chocolate molds and providing homemade chcocolates as favors.
BUT our reception is being held in the conservatory of a garden center, which is equiped with a cooling system that is able to make the temperature inside about 10 degrees cooler than outside. Now, if it's 80 degrees out, inside will be about 70 and thats fine. But if its 90+, the temperature inside will still be in the 80's...
Will all of the chocolate melt?? Any ideas for keeping them cool enough not to melt?? Maybe we could store them in a cooler and pass them out later in the evening..? Or maybe we should just abort the whole idea?
