We are planning on having our ceremony and reception on my best friends farm. I have ideas that I have bookmarked and envision that I really like. Even though our venue is a farm I still want it to be a wedding and people know that. Sometimes when my fi and his mom talk about their ideas it sounds lie they are planning like a backyard cookout and hootanannie (sp? lol) Is there any ideas you have that could deter it from turning into that, I am nervou about puling the whole thing off, anyone else? I don't want a formal wedding, I would like rustic vintaagee but not backyaard cookout/keg party. I recently talked t a great priced wedding planner and trying to talk fi into hiring, maybe she could help lol Hopefully this made some sense
