Is this possible??

Is there anywhere in central Florida that we can have a budget friendly ceremony and reception on the beach?

I am looking for something casual with a bonfire and BBQ.

I am not that familiar with Florida at all....so any advice is helpful.

    Emma, do you want east coast or west coast of florida?  Bonfires would be difficult because for the most part, those are not allowed except on private beaches.   There are plenty of places on the west coast of Florida where you can have your wedding on the beach and then use one of the shleters for a bbq style reception.  If you want specific information, I am on the Florda West Coast board.

    you have to get a license through the parks and recreations board. Cocoa Beach allows it.

    Check with the beach, depending on when the wedding is that may be sea turtle or shorebird nesting season, bonfires wouldn't be allowed then.
