I need advice. I'm helping plan my son's wedding with my daughter-in-law to be. The meal for the reception is going to be buffet style. Guest count is between 150-175. I think the guest should pick their plate up when they get to the buffet table. The bride likes the idea of having the tables set, for appearance sake. Of course, that would look good but, I think that it's inappropriate to have your guest carry their plate with them up to the buffet. HELP!!!
