DIY hair clips

I've been working all morning and afternoon on my bridesmaids DIY hair clips and they are done! I haven't exactly told them yet that they will be wearing clips in their hair, so I hope they don't mind!!

I bought fake flowers, feathers, aligator clips, felt, jewels, and some tulle and other fabrics. Then I took the flowers apart and added more fabric for a softer texture and the feathers and jewels. You hot glue a felt oval to the top of the alligator clip and then the flower to the felt. If you google "make feather/flower hair facinators" there are some DIY videos, which I had to modify a little for my own needs. I recommend a precision glue gun with a smaller tip. It's much easier to work with!
