Okay, so I think that I found THE DRESS! :-D It is a beautiful mermaid style dress with a  chapel train and intricate beading. I am pretty sure that I want to wear a bird cage ceil with a flower that has jewels and feathers. Now it is time to decide on hair and make-up. I have a ton of hairstyles saved but no makeup looks. Can anyone help? Please share your vintage makeup looks with me. Thanks! :-) PSI am looking for vintage meets glam.
