It's funny, I was just thinking about the lace overlay, after that Esty skirt too. I'm thinking of converting the wedding dress skirt to that when I'm done with it. I think it might be possible to actually have several different color lace overlays of that nature.

I love, love Stephanie James.  I even exchanged email with her about a custom dress.  In the end, though, I could not justify the $$.  *sigh*  Doggone it, where is that winning lottery ticket when I need it??  LOL!
