So I had ordered my shoes from Baby Girl Boutique last week and it said on the website that they were special order so it would take a week to process my order....that's fine...I'm not really in a rush for my shoes I just need them to be here by the time I get my dress in which probably wont be until November anyways.
SO, I received and e-mail yesterday from a nice lady names Tatyana saying that my shoes are on back order from the manufacturer in my size and they are not sure when they'll be available. She also sent me a link to a new pair of Nautical inspired pumps that are adorable and in my size! I e-mailed her back and she let my swap my order to the shoes that are available for me. I just wanted to say that it was great dealing with them so far! I was impressed that I actually dealt with a real person who gave me alternate suggestions instead some dumb auto generated e-mail.

My New shoe (which was actually a second choice for me except these have a red bow).
I think they're pretty cute and they have a slightly smaller heel than my first choice so they might be more comfortable.
