I am personally a huge fan of travel in Africa and think it would be an awesome honeymoon destination. Africa might sound a little intimidating for someone who's never been there before, but I've been all over eastern and southern Africa, and there are some seriously luxurious places, and I don't think you can beat the scenery. You can get a lot of bang for your buck there too, and there are tons of high-end luxury safari companies.
