Trouble with table decor

I am having a hard time deciding on table decor. The picture below will be my centerpieces.  I will have white table clothes but want to add red and tiffany blue to it but dont know how. Should I mix red and white flowers and tie on a aqua ribbon? Should Do all white flowers and a red and blue table runner or table clothes? Agh....... I NEED HELP

Also I am having the hardest time finding tiffany blue and red fabric with a vintage feel

You could try maybe sheer table runners, it's not particularly vintage, but it's not a bad idea. For some reason I see like, red and tiffany blue organza on alternating tables. I find that it's generally easier to find vintage looking paper than vintage looking fabric. So maybe do menu cards on each place setting in different paper that has your colors, or ribbon around the centerpiece vases. I think something similar to the bracelets you've been making for your sisters could work. If you're doing favors, and they are colorful in anyway, put those at the place settings too, all those elements will bring more texture and color to your tables. HTH!

I love the idea of red and white flowers with a blue ribbon. Maybe you could get some faux flowers and ribbon and try making a mock-up centerpiece.

You could try to work with this paper (link) maybe in your table numbers? Not being a vendor or anything I swear but I used to work at this store, and that paper was always very popular for weddings with that color scheme, so when you said red and teal I instantly thought of it!

I like the idea of keeping the tulips all white, they are just so classy that way! Have you considered looking for a mix mosh of colored glasses? Different sizes and colored in the red/teal? That might look cool.
