At a local discount store I was able to pick up 150 of these little books for only 10 cents each!!!  The books were regularly $4.95 each.   The store has a surplus of these in years 1950 and 1968.  There were very few from 1957 as well.  I was hoping to get 1948 books, but no luck. 

The first page has a place for: to, from, and a 2-line message.  The rest of the book is full of news, headlines, and little facts about the year.

 Let me know if this is helpful to any of you.

They are at Bailey's in NW Indiana. I can see if they still have enough in the year you want.  If so I could ship flat rate, for cost, assuming you  can reimburse me via Paypal.  I haven't been there in a week, so I don't know what is still available, but I can check and get back to you.  Let me know how many you would need if you are interested.

i'm having a 1950's themed wedding so the ones in the pic would be perfict if you can find more of them just tell me how much and where to send it...lol it would be a neat reminder of all the awsome things that happened in that decade! i love the fifties.... my FI is working on my 1950's kitchen as we speak! lol.... but yeah just message me with the info and ill send the money on the 15th of this month when i get paid next!
