I decided to ignore the fact that I am still undecided about a dress and go through my closet to see what shoes might be lurking, perhaps waiting to make an appearance for the wedding. 

Ta da!  I found these (worn just 2x), which just might do the trick if I wear a white dress.  What do you think?

They would look good with certain dresses for sure!  I wouldn't wear them with anything too fancy or poofy, not sure what kind of dress you're looking for though.

I'm definitely avoiding poofy.  Here's one of my inspiration dresses (the top of it, anyway, the bottom is too full):

I like that, they would definately work with a shorter dress.

Second this... I think these lend more to the simpler destination type dresses.
