Retro and Vintage Weddings

Another question...

I bought 100 plus vintage washington postcards too early in the wedding planning. I was going to use them as my RSVPs but then decided to design my own. I also already have thanks yous, table numbers and I am not doing assigned seating. So does anyone have any other ideas of what to do with them.

I was thinking of placing one on each table setting with some trivia about FI and I written on the back. Or maybe I can add them to the favors. I not real happy with either of these ideas Please Help!!!!

they look like this but of different places in washington.

Re: Another question...

  • The first things that came to mind are either using them as scrapbook-ey style guest book cards, where each guest writes a message or advice or whatever on it, or maybe using them as menu cards. I can't think of any other paper options, but I'll keep thinkin.

  • If it were me, I would put them all over the place. Hanging by the food table, things like that.
My fav idea would to put them all in glass, then use that glass as a sort of table cover to put under the cake. That would be really neat to look at, and would be original.
  • you could put information about a photo sharing website on them if youre doing somethign like that and then each guest can take one home with them...otherwise, i love pps ideas about putting them under the glass or as a guestbook

  • You could try using them as menu cards on each table, or even at each seat.  :)

    Or simple programs.

the afore-mentioned ideas are great, too. :D
