Pillbox Hats?

as i was working on the birdcage veil last night, my mother was waxing nostalgic about her own wedding back in 1969.
she wore a little white satin pillbox hat and suggested i could even wear it with a little veil attached.

i had no idea they were so chic.
giving me another option, like i need another one, i'm so indecisive already lol
BUT the dress is a sheath so a small hat would look very retro....choices,choices

lol that is adorable! its exactly what i am looking for! thanks for the suggestion!
i checked ebay and theres alot of cute hats on there...ebay will be the death of me, i swear. every cute vintagey thing that may or may not work for the wedding, i'm watching it lol
my mom is going to *attempt* to find her wedding outfit today, but with all the stuff in her house, it might be a couple weeks.
anyway i'm going to target today to get a comb and try sewing the veil to that in the meantime. nice to have some options.
