which favors?

My wedding has sort of a vintage robot theme, since we're getting a robot shaped cake.  I had originally thought it would be fun to give out mini wind up tin robots as favors, but they're a little pricey and don't match with our colors. 

We found two robot keychains that we're considering instead.  The first is all silver, looks more like a vintage robot, and has a clock in its belly (and movable arms)!!  My fiance found the second option -- this robot is just a keychain, has a more modern but whimsical look, and the hearts seem more wedding-ish.  Also, the hearts robot is much less expensive.

Which do you think is best?

I like the ones with the hearts more. I think they're cute, and also, I love cheaper, especially with something like favors. It kind of looks retro too, in a Jetsons kind of way. Hope that helps!

I personally like the first robot keychain better. But just because they can use it as a watch. Which might come in handy. But then almostr everyone has a cell phone which has the time. So if useable isnt important to you maybe the second is a better option because it is much cheaper. I think they are both very cute!!!

So cute!  As a guest, I think I would appreciate the clock keychain more, but if it doesn't fit in the budget, the heart robot is really cute too!

Thanks for the input! I think we are going to go with the heart robot because of costs.  Also, my fiance says he might be able to etch our names & date on the back somehow. 

JohnGalt32 -- I did see the steam punk cake topper - very cool!  We're not doing a topper since our cake is already a robot.  That would be fun though, a robot with other robots standing on its head!

I think the first one looks a little higher quality but the second one is VERY cute. What a cool theme!!

You can't go wrong with either one!  My preference is for the second--it's just cuter to me, especially with the hearts!
