chichen itza tour rec's?

H and I are going to the Mayan Riviera next week for our delayed HM... woohoo!

We're looking to book a tour to Chichen Itza but I'm having some problems finding reviews on tours and tour companies.

Anyone have any rec's? We'd prefer to stay around $100 per person and wouldn't mind doing some beachy stuff after the ruin tour.

    What resort are you staying at? I believe most of them offer the tours. Do not book one at the airport....it is a timeshare presentation. Make sure you strictly do one that entails only going to Chichen Itza, there are many that try to trick you into timeshare presentations. We just got back from our RM honeymoon on 10/14. We did not do any tours but heard that the zipline tours were amazing.

    contact your resort. they all offer tours. as CI isn't anywhere near a beach it probably won't include that (unless it's part of an add on).

    I saw tons of different tour company's online so I wasn't sure if I should book it before we left. We'll just wait until we get to the hotel.

    And we're staying at the Valentin Imperial, yay!
