Hey ladies I am having my wedding Feb 2014 with an estimated guest count between 250-270 including bridal party and FI and I. Our ideal location is Broward county south of Plantation, FL and Miami, FL. The reception will be buffet style with hired waitstaff who will be serving a family cooked menu that my FI and I have created and provided the cooks on both sides of the family. The places that I looked into did not have enough capacity but did allow homecooked meals WITHOUT the need of a caterer's license which is what I am looking for. I am even willing to use university ballrooms or halls.
