Good Afternoon Ladies! Signed our contract with the cake decorator today! We went with "Gallery of Cakes" in Aventura. (There were 4 options from our country club.) So far, they've provided wonderful service and couldn't be happier! Will give final review after wedding! Let them eat cake. CHECK!

    The top tier for FI and I is strawberry shortcake. The other two tiers are vanilla with chocolate moose. The fondant is kahlua. The bottom tier will be an ivory fondant design of my dress (supplied the cake decorator with pictures of my dress). The middle tier will be a solid green with blush pink ribbon around it. The top tier will be the same ivory fondant with dots on it. It sounds complicated, but it is awesome. The lady loved that I designed my own cake design and didn't go with a traditional one. Some pics of it are on my BIO.

    I met with them too but decided to go with Ana Paz instead (my only options since mine had to be kosher)....yours sounds yummy!
