hey Michi...  quick question? How are you giving your guest complimentary parking? are u paying for them or did you negotiate with the colonnade? TIA

    They didn't really negotiate, my dad handled this though. If he had left it up to me it would have been negotiated! lol We just told them that we want to pay for our guest's valet. That evening the valet will not charge the guests, it will be charged to our account instead. At the end of the evening my dad will receive a bill detailing the final balance, which is the valet cost. You will cover these details once you get closer. They discuss this at your final details meeting and also when you receive your BEO and everything. We also put it on our inserts that the valet would be complimentary so our guests are aware and know not to look around for parking.

    oh ok..Good to know :) I am going to try to have the planner to negotiate but i def. feel the same way you do about having guests pay anything by this time next week, you'll be married!!!!!!!! eeeeeeeeekkkkkkkk dying to see Alain at work in my ballroom!!!
