Hey! I saw you posted a conflict regarding the size of the wedding party. FI and I had the same discussion and found a pretty good solution; thought I'd share. I selected 7 BM and he could come up with up to 10 GM, but could also narrow it down to match. But then I decided I wanted to have my 3 brothers in the wedding. So I suggested to have 1 brother walk my grandma down the aisle and 2 walk my mom down the aisle or vice versa. They may or may not stand at the altar(havent decided yet) but would be included in pics regardless of whether or not they're in the actual bridal party, since they are family. HTH!
