Sandals royal carribean?? Anyone heard good/bad things?

We were going to book our honeymoon at the Sandals Royal Carribean in Jamaica. The room actually has a pool right when you walk out the back door so it's sort of like your own private pool... awesome lol. When we told someone about it though they said that some of their friends had very bad experiences with Sandals and with Jamaica. I was so hyped about this room... has anyone else heard bad things.. or good things for that matter? Orr does anyone else know about a great all inclusive place to honeymoon with some good excursions that has something similar with a "swim up suite" where you kind of have your own private pool?? This one had a sale going on so it came out to about 850 a night and they have you a 250 dollar spa credit.

I didn't do the royal carribean, but we did a sandals resort. We went to Turks and Caicos and we had an Amazing time!!! My only annoyance was customs and the very small airports they have. Being a new yorker I'm just not use to the small space, but the resort was great. Enjoy

A friend of mine stayed at sandals in Jamacia and hated it.  They said the service was aweful and the workers were more like the sketchy locals than employees.  I think it depends on where you go because my honeymoon is booked at Sandals Bahamas Paradise island which was based on a recommendation.  Go to TripAdvisor.com to get recent reviews.

I stayed at RC about 10 years ago and it was amazing.  The resort was wonderful, the food delicious and the beaches were great.  I've heard from others that it's still wonderful.
