The Scale - week 3!!

Well - despite my weekend of wedding food (and fun) - and a semi-good week of eating and excercising...I lost 0.8 pounds!! lol - that's right, not even one whole pound. BUT - it's a loss nonetheless.Bob Saget in Atlantic City tonight to celebrate!! How did you do??

    A loss is a loss. I started the smart for life cookie diet and lost 3lbs this week now down 14 lbs in a month!!! Hate cookies now but have to lose it for the wedding which we may have to move forward!

    wowowow good for you!!! :):):) My BFF did that and lost a lot of weight as well - just be careful, she gained hers back post-cookie diet (and then some) - I'm sure there's a better way to end the diet then she did. But it sure as hell works!!!

    It does work but its the up keep after thats hard. Just want to get skinny for the wedding and will think about the rest after LOL bad I know ;)

    I go to get weighed later so I'll post after. Hope it's good, I'm worried. Between the steroids to get over my sickiness, and having my period... I"m thinking not much cause of bloating. Blehhh.

    I am back to where I started (I lost the weight I gained last week). I guess that is good. I know I need to exercise more, but my knee has been bothering me so I don't know if I should or not.

    Go Courtney! Like a previous poster said, a loss is a loss!Me, I lost a pound. So I'm down to my usual 117 which is good, I suppose. I'm 5'4, and my goal is to be 112 by my wedding day. Realistically I'd like to be 115, I'll be happy then.Jillian has said this, and I believe it to: weight doesn't really matter. I'd like to get firmer in some areas, if anything. *sigh* I need motivation, lol.

    I went to the gym Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday this week and Plan to go again tonight and maybe even tomorrow.The scale has rewarded me with one measly lb but I will take it! It's at least headed in the right direction.Time to update my lil ticker!Congrats to everyone else on their loss and um.. Bob Saget should be a blast! He's so funny!

    Good job Courtney! Almost a pound :)Well, after I tried on my wedding dress Wednesday, and it wouldn't fit (4 inches too small), I decided to do a hardcore wedding diet and workout. No carbs, just alot of lean protein and vegetables with an hour workout each day, mostly running. Its going to be tuff, but so far I've lost 1 pound lol :)

    Feeling ok. Still have that awesome cough with a little phlegm wrapped around it. TMI? Yeah, so it's been hard to breathe so I haven't worked out all week! I wanted to do my pilates and elliptical, I can hardly walk up the stairs after walking my dogs without hyperventilating. I think that's the only thing that really makes me upset. I was so psyched after my first pilates workout.

    GREAT JOB LADIES!!!!!! this was a fabulous week for us!!! Sarah - no worries, you'll fit into that puppy in no time!!! Andra - So sorry you're still not up to par :( I hate being sick. Hang in there, relax this weekend and you'll be good to go next week!!!

    Horrible, between my trip to TX and my trip to NYC I GAINED 5 lbs.  And for someone who's 5'3" that is a lot.  But oh well I had fun on my vacation so now I am going to really buckle down and try to drop some weight.

    Same weight :( I have not been to the gym in 2 weeks - was really sick with the flu - and being sick I didn't even loose weight - I was counting on that :)
