POLL: Questions on Invites

Ok I just sent out the 1st batch of my STDs and I started thinking of some other things that I should consider when I send my invitations. So I hope you guys can help...1) Did you send an invitation to your Pastor/Priest/Officiant? The pastor that is marrying me, is the paster from my current church, so I don't just want him to leave. I want him to stay for the reception, especially since I know him.2) The pastor that raised me in church is only Spanish speaking. Originally we were going to have him marry us with a translator, however, we decided it was going to be too complicated. So we now changed to my current pastor. Should I still send him an invitation?3) Did you send an STD and invitation to your DOC?4) How much is the stamp cost for the RSVP envelope?5) How did you word your RSVP?

    1) I sent one to mine. He is from Boston and flew down to marry us. I also wanted him to stay for the reception. 2) If you want him at the wedding and reception I would send an invite. 3) Nope; they're not a guest. 4) base price for stamps = 44 cents 5) Picture in bio under DIY GL!

not there yet but i will def. give an ivite to both pastors if you want them at the reception. I would not give invite/std to doc to invite them...unless u just want to give them a copy for their portfolio :)

Even though I haven't sent out my invitations, I know who I will send one to and who I will not.1.If you want your officiant to stay then you should send him an invitation.  He will be happy to receive it.2. If you want your Spanish speaking pastor to attend the wedding and reception, yes, send him one.3.  I won't have one, but if I did, I wouldn't because I wouldn't consider them a guest.  4.  I'm sure it will just be .44 cents.  You can just go to the post office and ask a clerk to weight it and tell you what value stamp you should put on it.5.  My RSVP says:Kindly reply by dateAttendees<space for names to be written>Won't miss it!Can't come.__ Number of guestsYou can see a picture of it under I ♥ Paper in my bio.
