Who did you finally decide to use for flowers? I met with Parrish, Avant Gardens & Petunia last week and waiting for the proposals.

    Avant Gardens and Petunia were my second and third choices... but in the end I booked Guerdy at Ocean Florist because I loved her too and her price was the best.www.oceanflorist.netI never met Parrish but based on my experience, you can NOT go wrong with AG or Petunia. I was especially smitten with Rick at Avant Gardens and had his price been a bit lower, I may have booked him. His work speaks for itself. If you are seriously considering him, keep in mind that he is negotiable! I did get him to bring down his price, just not low enough to compete with Guerdy.  GL.

    Thanks a bunch. I did receive his quote back and the bouquets and personals were priced well, but the centerpieces were alot more than I expected. Waiting to see the other two. I really clicked with Eduardo and I think he got my vision more, but I did like Rick as well. I think Parrish will come in too high for us, but I just love their work. Unfortunately, the Biltmore is pretty strict with their vendors, so I have to stick to their list. Dalismer is on it, so I may visit them if I'm not happy with the other two quotes.

    ::butting in:: just wanted to say that I never received a proposal from Avant Gardens (met with then over 3 weeks ago). Frustrating! I loved Eduardo from Petunia. He was my second choice.
    TTC since May 2011 "Natural" BFP 1/2/2012 with cp 1/5/2012 5/2012: SA and CD 3 bloodwork perfect 6/2012: Clomid + Trigger + TI = BFN 8/2012: HSG all clear. Clomid TI cycle canceled due to thin lining 9/2012: Lap and Hysteroscopy: mild endo, uterine fibroids and septum, and ovarian cyst all removed

    I met with Petunia, Parrish, and Always Flowers. We decided to go with Petunia because we just clicked best with Eduardo. I felt the same way as you in regards to him understanding our concept the best. His quote was actually more than Parrish though so I'm sure it will be the same once you get your quoted back. Let me know who you decide on. Also did you meet with Ana at AB for linens? That's who we are using.

    Yes, I met with Ana, though still waiting for a quote (11 days now).I loved her and she nailed it.  However, I like the Damask pattern at Gables better (also liked Sarah Paz too).  So it will really come down to numbers. But all in all, happy with both of them.
