Too much paper?? What are you doing.....

So I'm having a seating chart instead of placecards that's going to be displayed at the cocktail hour area. On the table, I'm going to have the table name and on each place setting the menu and a card stating that we donated to an animal rescue society. If I have place cards at each seat is that too much?!?! Should I just tell people which table (through the chart) and not which seat?!What are you girls doing? Place cards at each seat???TIA!

    I wouldn't do the place cards.

    I'm just doing escort cards (telling people what table to sit at, but not which seat) - I MAY do a seating chart instead of the escort cards (to be "greener") - but I think whatever you want to do will work!!! :) Your day is fast approaching, wahoo!
