I really thought I would get by without one. My wedding planning thus far has been pretty stress free until last night. FI grandmother was asking FI if her brother was invited. FI had already told her months before that he wasn't. She is a little conniving so we don't think she just forgot. None of the family likes him and we have a limited budget. I am not inviting any of my grandmother’s siblings and I like them! Any way she thinks that her brother is under the impression that he is invited. FI and I think that she gave him the impression. She said well can’t he have my plus one. FI said “Grandma, we have a budget and it’s not like you are dating anyone so we didn’t give you a plus one”. I near lost it with laughter. He is seeing her today so I am sure it will come up again. Anyway so I guess this stress brought on my nightmare. I dreamed about the ceremony and it was perfect. We got married and everything turned out great. Sound good so far right? Well we got home and I couldn’t believe how fast everything went. I look at the clock and it says 12:30pm. My wedding is at 11:30am. I look at FI and freak out because we forgot about the reception. Everyone was sitting there starving waiting on us. They thought we were taking our pictures but we just went home thinking we were done. I forgot to print out the speeches and I rush to the computer but FI told me to forget it because we are already a half our late at this point and we won’t have time for speeches. We rush out the door and show up to the reception an 1 and half late! I hope I don’t have any more.
