How do you request someone for bbm? I've had the phone since January and still dont know how. I just keep asking ppl to request me! Thanks love!

Once you have their pin #, go into BBM.. Click the little blackberry button (the one that takes you to the menu) - once you're in the BBM application and click "add a contact" - then put the pin in. let me know if that's confusing! xoxo

Not confusing, thanks babe. But once I go to bbm app and click add a contact, it takes me to my address book and I dont see a place to enter or request a pin. I think I need to go to the verizon store.

really?? weird!! When I click "add contact" is says:   <Type PIN/Email Address or Name here...> Courtney would like to add you to his or her BlackBerry Contact List.

Ok so now I know what its supposed to say and mine doesnt Def going to the Verizon store tomorrow, thanks for the help hun!

Butting in....Jill you will need to add their pin under contacts first.
