Teacher Knotties....

Congrats to making it through the first week!!!! I almost posted as "Knottie Teachers", but that didn't sound right! My principal let everyone go early but I still have work to do of course. Yuck! So I might ramble here a bit b/c it's been too long since i last posted. Do you know how your child's teacher is a knottie? She has set up a photo sharing site for her classroom! (FYI teacher's shutterfly has a free teacher template...page me if your interested.) Anyhow, I hate being MIA from the boards but I have been passing out pretty early ... kindergarten is tough the first few weeks!! I miss everyone!

    Hey I'm a teacher too. First week yay! Well on the plus side I was given to "awesome " new responsibility. I'm grade level chair and United way rep. Yay! more on my plate. Gosh! I try to lurk during my recess time. I'm so out of the loop.

    Grade chair has it's pro's and cons.... I gave it up this year, didn't want the extra fuss leading up to the wedding. (Our team had a rough year last year.)Now as it turns out, my kindergarteners will be going to swim class while I'm away. Yikes,but much easier for planning!

    Yay for the first week being over! I'm student teaching right now and teaching brings on a whole new meaning to tired.

    Teacher here! This week has been great! I feel the excitement again which was much needed. It's nice to not be grade chair this year. =) Now I'm just crossing my fingers that Nat'l Board money comes through. =)

    My co workers suck! I was just told that all these responsibilities were mine. I can do this! I can do this! Omg ! Why can't I just do all of that after 34 days!!! My calendar looks so crazy! ::sigh::

    congrats on getting through week 1 fellow 'knottie' teachers! (lmbo)it was great seeing all my kids again =) i taught 6th last year, this year i have 7th, so i've got quite a few for a second time =) everyone's excited to be back and although it's been a stressful first week w/ all the budget cuts, its gone pretty smoothly for the most partkudos to those of you taking on chair positions and other extra responsibilities. make that extra $$$ ladies =)
