Both an option...I know money is tight with some of my friends, so if they want to get it done, great! If not, no big deal...

I will be doing a spa day for mani's and pedi's as part of my gift to them so that will be done. Who turns up free mani/pedi's? Also, no must on the hair and makeup. They will be optional.

In my case, it's optional for both.  I trust my girls with their hair and their own make up for the most part, but I would be most concerned with the make up. Not everyone's good at doing their own make up and if they are going to be in the professional photographs, I'd want their face to look just as flawless as mine.  My pet peeve is when my complexion looks horrible in photographs.  If we don't all have the similar quality of make up on, I feel like it will ruin the photographs . . . and those aren't cheap to begin with . . .

As for hair, no.As for makeup, I will pay for makeup and will have the artist there for my BM, my Mom and me

Wow I feel a bit like bridezilla now....I told my BMs that they should be getting their makeup /hair done since they are walking in wedding and not just attending as a guest. eek! Owell....

Thanks ladies. I would love to pay for them to have both done, but I just don't know if that is in the cards yet. However, I think I would rather them have their hair done and makeup optional too. We'll see.

I asked if they would mind getting their hair/makeup done, and they were on board with it and now it seems that they are all wavering on that... so I am not sure if they are getting it done or not, but I would prefer they do.  At this point I am more concerned with me getting my hair and makeup done than I am worried about them getting their hair and makeup done.  I live in Indiana and with the wedding being in Margate, and me not getting there until three days before the wedding, I'm not giving myself a lot of time to find a hairstylist... My trial last month went horrible so she got fired.
