    great blog! it's so true! in addition to little things...i would say make sure you have an accurate estimate of the number of people you would invite.   in the beginning we only expected to invite 60 but now its over 75 and i had to increase my budget.

    Loves it! That is the best advise... to leave wiggle room for all things. If you think something will cost $10, it probably cost $20.If you think it will cost $500 you may end up spending $800. And on and on and on!

    Ummmm. I dont know if I missed this post last month but I just read that blog and I need to vote-- One for "Duo plate of crab stuffed shrimp and filet" please. OMGGGGG I'm dying over here. It sounds so good.
