Kaila, damn, you're a star. You seem like one day of no cooking is terrible : /   You make most of us look bad.I feel bad. I don't cook often at all. My poor baby.  But I don't know how :(  And the things I perfected can't be eaten everyday.

Millenia- I use to cook a lot when we first started living together, lately with tk and fb I cook "quick" meals, and it isnt fair for him to come home and have to cook, which he LOVES to cook, but only certain dishes. I'm just trying to step my game up, so to speak.....Plus me cooking ensures we eat healthier:)

Thanks Jilly Illy- I think the girl in my Lunch & Learn put voodoo on me yesterday after I corrected her misstatement about physician's billing their own claims..... I learned my lesson to not correct people at my new job. rofl

Right now I don't feel like I have anything to vent about. This morning I was blessed with a wonderful prize that I will be able to enjoy with friends and family for years to come. Tess, I can relate to you only because I also have a progressive disease and have suffered for many years. I have rheumatoid arthritis, among other health issues, and sometimes the outlook can be very depressing. Luckily, my flare-ups have been down to a minimum, lately. You are very strong for dealing with what's on your plate. Keep your head up! Vibes to all my knotties!! Hope everyone starts feeling better soon.

Kaila, I think Joey will understand. That's why he is marrying you. Alissa- I would love to give you a recipe... if I had one. It's one of those fill a BIG pot with water add chicken (I like to use skinless/boneless breast) big chops, let boil, throw in carrots, onion celery and fresh dill and... this is the key... manischevitz matzah ball and soup mix. I use two packets and make a BIG pot. Add pepper, we don't use salt cause I find the soup mix salty, but to each their own. Let that sit for as long as you like, the longer the better. Then follow the directions for the matzah balls on the box. Make them small because they blow up big. That's it. Oh, and coat your hands in oil when making the balls or it will get too sticky to roll. Ta da! Simple and amazing every time. So... there it is. I will still make it for you, I promise. Oh, and you can freeze it and it keeps very nicely.
