Anyone stay in the Fairmont in Maui?

    I've been! We stayed in a Fairmont Suite, which was an upgrade from what we booked. Our room looked out over the pool area. We really enjoyed the location, as we walked along the beach and the path just behind the resorts almost everynight. It was easy to get to the Four Seasons for dinner or even just to the mall. The service was also fantastic. We really have no complaints overall. It's not amazingly oppulent like the Four Seasons, but it was a nice blend of tropical luxury and sophistication.

    We originally thought we just wanted to chill out a relax, but we ultimately ended up renting a car for a day through the Fairmont. We were so glad we did. I would rent one for the entire trip if you can!
