RSVP YES are now a NO?

Has anyone had any cancellations? Ive had 3 people drop from a yes to a no in the last 2 weeks. 1 person is moving out of state and the other 2 cant make it up from LA. With the wedding 7 days away I really hope people dont wait until the day before to tell me they wont make it!

My cousin backed out on me because his gf's family is going to the beach and they planned on him coming too...They scheduled this after our invites went out but he didn't put the dates together.  So now neither of them are coming and I'm really frustrated.  We haven't had to get the final count to the caterer yet so we're good but it's still really annoying.

I've had 3 in the last week too... I'm glad that they at least called to let me know! Looks like next weekend for both of us-- yippee!

I was told to expect people who rsvp yes, about 10-20 won't show from that number...friends of mine had that happen to them in April...

LM that's so annoying!  My venue won't let me take leftovers home.  So rude of these people to make me pay for something I'm not getting.

I haven't had and Yes turns to No's. I hope I don't have a lot of no shows.

One of my friends told me last night that her date hasn't know every if he wil have the night off and if not she has someone else lined up. Wtf?!

I've had a few and it is really frustrating because I have already had to give my final head count and make the final payments.

We found out on Wednesday that FI's cousin, his girlfriend and their 3 kids are no longer coming.  We found out by accident!  They werent even going to tell us!  FI's mom was talking to her sister and her sister mentioned that her son (FI's cousin) wasnt coming.  He just happened to come up in coversation on the 4th and she said her sister was disappointed that he wasnt coming to the wedding.  We were like WHAT?  How freaking rude are people?
