CGCC Brides...(please help)

Ladies:As you know Milan asks for a short story about the couple for him to say at the ceremony. This is freaking me out more than having to write my vows lol I don't know what to say??? Do I say how we met? What we do? I saw a video recap where Milan said what the bride felt for groom & what groom felt for bride, but to me that's more like vows isn't it? Please help! TIA

We are probably going to each write what we feel for the other.  But I we wont know what the other wrote until the day of the ceremony. We figured, everyone that will be at our wedding is close to us so they already know how we met.

No, we're not writing our own vows just going with the traditional standard ones.  I wanted to write our own, but FI said he would be too nervous and it would be an added stress.

From what I remember at a friend’s wedding at the CGCC, they just gave a short story. How they met and how long they’ve been together. What things they had in common and what they didn’t have in common (she was a democrat, he was a republican, she’s a red sox fan, and he’s a Yankees fan) and it made the crowd laugh. It was short, probably about 2-3 minutes.

I have no clue! I haven't met with him yet but I'm going to watch this thread just in case
