seriously everyone needs to come to my bread class with. my whole upper body is KILLING me from kneading dough for 5 hours lol. that class will kill me i think.

LOL  pretty funny.Christina, you can need dough made from whole grains or from rolled oats!  Then you'd be getting the proteins, fibers and good calories that you need.  ;-)

Yea but my portion control ability with bread is zero. Every slice has 80-100 calories and I can only afford 1400 per day lol
