**Marilyn***

Saw your post about the cake thing.... Don't go with DD. I'll email you why in more detail but I have to say I am not very confident in their cake design abilities. The girl couldn't figure out how to measure circumference and to me that was a red flag b/c if you work in the cake business you should know how to to that! lol.I think we're going to go with Ana or Edda. Again, I will email you soon!!!

Yeah that's what i thought, Edda's at least will look good. It really bothers me that we are paying soooo much money for such crappy cakes. I will hear it till the end of time from my Italian side, and I don't think I can afford a dessert bar :( I'm curious so read your email...

Michelle if it's any consolation, Edda's is nothing out of this world either, more like average I would say.

Michelle don't be scared... just make it clear what you want. But yes, My red flag went up when she said to the customer she was talking to... "I'm really bad at math, I don't know how to do circumference but it will be about 'this big'" I was like, oh boy.... And looking at the website some of the cakes look awesome, others.. not so much!?!? But I DID prefer the taste of their cakes, esp the marble and red velvet.Ugh, Marilyn I agree, we should be able to get much more than just those 3 mediocre companies to chose from.
