    OMG, OMG...I wouldn't have even known something was wrong if it weren't for facebook...so I jumped on here immediately.

    Poor Alissa! I'm SO glad she's ok...she is definitely in my thoughts and prayers.  She is such a strong person, I have no doubt she will get throught this and make a full recovery!

    I hadn't logged on up till now and saw the news on FB.... poor Alissa =(

    Thank goodness the outcome wasn't as bad as it could have been. I will def keep her in my prayers tonight and wish her a speedy recovery <3

    On a personal note, these past 2 weeks really have put things in perspective for me. FI got in a car accident the day before Thanksgiving and my mom got ht by a car as she was walking last Wednesday (thankfully she's ok now & at home) and now Alissa's accident.

    It really does show you just how you can' t take things and people for granted. Sometimes with the everyday hustle and bustle you overlook things like a simple "I love you" and its things like this that help you realize whas truly important.
