Um ... for less than $1,500 I'm not too sure ... but try:

Joseph Casal (I think he starts at $2,000)
Crystal Fielding (she might be within your price range)
Stephanie Sokol (same as Joseph Casal, I don't know)

I am getting Reinhardt Productions for video and for the 2 of them Im under 2k.
