Floral Budget

What is a ballpark floral budget for say 10 centerpieces, my bouquet, flowers for 4 groomsmen and 4 bridesmaids, M&F of groom and M&F of bride?

I dont want cheap and ugly flowers, but don't have the budget for super-high priced. I like orchids though!

I have heard that prices can be all over the place and don' want to overpay...

    I think it really depends on what kind of look you're going for, and what kind of flowers you want. I would say meet with a few different florists, give them an idea of what you want, and they will get back to you with quotes. Also, have an idea of the most you're willing to spend on all your flowers.

    I agree with PP that the kind of flower and look youre going for will really make a difference in the price of your flowers.  I started with my budget - $1500.00 and took some clippings of things I liked to a bunch of florists and asked each one what they could do for me with my budget - I was able to find the right person to do exactly what I wanted.  I didnt have to cut down my list of wants, but did have to do some creative flower swapping (less expensive blooms with similar shapes, color etc) and lucky for me I liked having green in my CP's -

    I used Ever After Floral Design - I highly recommend them!

    I think 1,500 - 2,000 you can get something nice....but it all depends on what you want. There are so many beautiful ideas out there for centerpieces that it might be less...
