Wedding Location

My groom and I are really looking for an outdoors, botanical-isque setting for our ceremony and reception. We thought that that would be easy in South Florida but the rental prices are ridiculous! Does any one know a beautiful, inexpensive spot (that also is not a church that requires you to be of their faith; that's been a problem as well). Thanks for any advice!

    Miami Beach Botanical Gardens- my daughter is having her reception there. She did not want a hotel ballroom. They wanted something outdoors with an option for indoors if it rains. I think the rental fee is $850 for a 4 hour reception. Ceremonies can be held here too, but my daughter is having hers in a church.

    have you checked out Miami Beach Botanical Gardens? And Fairchild Tropical Gardens? You may also want to check out the old Parrot Jungle and the old Burger King Headquarters.  - Not sure the names of it... LOL
