Working out role call?

We need this back, my birthday will come up soon and I won't have had enough time to get in shape for it. Bah bah bah!

Who wants to be in charge? I'll do it if no one else wants to.

By the way, I was at the gym working on my arms ... I turn around and see a 60 year old lady doing 20 in each hand. I can't do more than 5 lbs. And that, ladies, is a fml moment.

    My work out is eating cake right now. 

    I stopped working out when I realized that my dress is too big and I can't gain weight. (too big by like, a little bit. and i'd rather fit in it than get it altered) 

    That lady is a beast.

    I've been slacking a lot lately and I want to pick up my pace this week. I'm on my personal heavy side as I am bloated with rage and water weight, but hey.

    She had Jessica Biel's freaking arms. I felt like I had twigs for arms. I waked away lol.

    lol - wait until you're done bloating to decide where you're at, it'll make a huge difference lol. no worries! when's your birthday?

    lol i want to meet that old lady. i have twig arms also.

    I've been working out for what feels like forever and I've only lost 7.5 lbs. I just started walking with my son and daily shred type workouts.

    Go ahead Jen you be the one in charge =) I have been off and on working out haha. but i have cut out all sodas and any fast food as of lent starting a couple weeks ago, so far so good. its hard to diet out here on the island, but when i get back in April its on like donkey kong dieting lol. There is wayy to much temptation out here with alcohol and eating out etc... no excuse i know but to me it is. ;-)

    oh and that lady i would love to see her too, i hope to be like her when im 60 haha

    I'm knocking it out with crossfit. My arms are more muscular already! I love it - fierce workouts

    I haven't been for the last b/c of a stomach bug but I'll be back tomorrow

    I have been getting in 4-5 days a week.  My goal is doing an hour of cardio each time and then about 20 minutes of weights.  Like Christina I am noticing a difference for sure in my arms.

    Wow, Tiffany. I do 15 minutes of cardio and barely 20 of weights. You put me to shame! lol.

    Ha Jen-- honey you don't need to do an hour of cardio!  My arse is the size of a bus so I have no option.

    Im in. 45 minutes of cardio 6 days a week, starting tonight I start my weekly hour sessions with the personal trainer. Woop woop, HAWTNESS 7/10/10 here I come.

    Come ladies get motivated! I go to the Victoria Secret website to get inspired lol My great FI buys everything there is, so when we went to sign up at the gym last year he OF COURSE got a training session package that "I" ended up doing. Actually it has worked perfect, I have a trainer 3 times a week, now for the last year so I feel great, now when I don't go work out I feel bad so next time I go I want to do better. I think once you start seeing results you won't want to stop =)

    I finally went to the GYM yesterday. For the first time in like four or five months. I MUST lose 5 lbs. before WMC at the end of March. I have to look good in my new bikini. I just have to tone up in general. I feel like a whale.

    i do 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and I just started Jillian micheals yesterday..lost 13 lbs so far :)
