I am making ours. We found a kit at WalMart for about $10. It is only a single box. We are covering it with pictures of the places we will go and things we will see on our honeymoon.

I have 3 tiered rectangular boxes.  Bought them from Jo-Ann fabrics online and used a 40% off coupon. They were about $12 shipped.  There is usually one on the front page of the website, or I can send you one that they emailed me.

I purchased fabric from the Jo-Ann store to cover it.  I am using an adhesive spray that we had 2 bottles of already.  I don't have the finished one yet, but I have the boxes cut and ready to go for the fabric.

I got boxes at Marshalls and TJ Maxx in the homegoods department - I found the best boxes ther (I wanted round hat boxes and couldnt find them at michaels) I bought fabric from Jo Anns and two sided adhesive from Michaels and it was easy to make my box -

I got a really nice leather bronze-ish brown-ish chase at HOMEGOODS, it was perfect and it looked really expensive! I paid 19.99 =)
