Reception For $25 PP or Less? Looking for Cleveland Area Ideas!

I'm helping my girlfriend plan her wedding on a very small budget. We're looking for reception halls that include food and drink for $25 or less per person in the Cleveland area, and surrounding 30 miles. Any ideas?

    Try Pokrova on Broadview in Parma. I went to a wedding there that was really lovely and they bride and groom said it was very affordable!

    You didn't indicate how many guests, but have her look into the Terrace at Big Met in Fairview Park, Mapleside Farm in Brunswick, Skyview Lodge in Brunswick (right next door to Mapleside), Vell's in Medina, DeLuca's in Lorain. IIRC, they're all around $20-25/pp. Houston Hall in Norton (a bit further out though) is also very affordable, between $15-20/pp, IIRC. I don't know if any of them include alcohol at those prices though.
