Hey girls!!! Sorry I havent been able to post as much lately but I have checked other posts sometimes and commented every now and then!! My engagement picture were already taken 3 weeks ago and my photographer sent me a few of the edited ones - super excited! I loved them (what I've seen so far) and also, 47 days left to my wedding day!! I'm officially freaking out!!! Has anyone done like a crash diet to loose a few pounds before their wedding day?? I didnt do it before bc I didnt have time to excercise with school and work but now that school is done, these 7 weeks I'm committed to loosing at least 10 lbs!!! Let me know

Beautiful pics and soon to-be bride! I hate dieting and was doing very well until the last month and half...pretty much fell out of the routine. However, I am back on it and it's pretty easy to flow. My FI and I do the Paleo diet (aka caveman's diet). It consists of eating only protein, fruits, veggies, and nuts/seeds. No dairy, sweets, or grains. It wa pretty tough becaue (white) rice is a staple in my everyday diet and eat it twice a day. We lost weight quickly and working out helped speed up the process. Good luck!!
