I think if you have a willing bridal party who can pull it off, then go for it!

Definitely not my style especially if it's formal.  But hey, different strokes for different folks.

It's a big NO for me since I think it's cheesy but it's up to you...

I say go for it if you really want it! It would be fun, and I am sure your guests will enjoy it... I went to wedding once where the groom and GM did the thriller dance and I absolutely loved it!

If it fits your personality, I say go for it! We did a bunch of things SOME people would think are cheesy or inappropriate but we're silly people and it suited us. A lot of people came up to us and said that was the best ceremony they've ever been to!

Only if it suits you.  If FI and I did it, it would be totally contrived and not at all us.

I assume black tie means floor-length dresses and heels for your girls - make sure they're up for dancing in that.

If it's YOU and you want it, (and your friends are ok doing it) GO FOR IT!

Lyn's wedding was even more special B/C of the "cheesy" things she did.

I LOVED the Daddy Daughter, sneak Chicken Dance attack! :)
