to ask for a new point of contact where we will be holding our ceremony and reception? I am NOT impressed at all with the contact we currently have.  I had to submit an email through their website to get a response. I was finally sent a sample contact ( 3 months after I was told it would be sent) ; however she is still not answering the questions I am sending her. She responds with "sleep well, don't worry" instead of answering my questions.  Any advice or opinions are welcomed!!!

    No it isnt rude. Tactfully explain to her that you expect answers to any questions you may have and unless they are answered you will be unsatisfied and forced to request a new contact. If that doesnt work then dont feel bad about asking for another person. But at least try to resolve the issue with her first.

    I don't think it'll be rude at all. You deserve answers to your questions.
    Maybe she is too busy, and they can find someone else who can help you.

    I wouldn't ask her directly that you want someone else though. Maybe contact a supervisor? or a manager?

    definetely not rude....you need to be able to speak to someone when you need to..

    when I submitted the email through their website the GM responded first stating that someone would be in contact with me and who my original contact was.  I am thinking of contacting him and asking for someone else to handle our wedding. Her attitude is not the best either. Thanks for the advice ladies!
