I just thought I would do my duty to all other knotties and post about my experience with the vendor Americaters. I spoke with an Americaters representative on the phone and she set up a tasting. She asked that I sign a contract and send in a 20% deposit to hold the date. On that contract, it said that deposit would be refunded if I cancelled the contract. At the tasting, the food sucked and the chef did not know how to prepare the basics. So we decided that we wanted budget but not crap. I cancelled the contract and guess what- he would not refund my deposit! This guy is not quality in food or in person. Stay away!
