I got quoted $950 for this cake: Fondant and enough for 130 People and 3 tieres is tha about right?

I was quoted around the same price!! Thats why i went with cupcakes and just the top tier a cake for 8 people(just to cut into)

FI and I are also doing Tiffany's theme.  We are doing cupcakes (each one will look like a tiffany box) and then a small cake (that looks like a tiffany box) on top for us to cut. 

We also found that when doing cupcakes you can select multiple flavors also!

Try couture cakes in delray. Couturecakeshop.com. I'm getting a 4-tier cake with not too much detail and with the two middle tiers are fake and it's only $400. I think if we were to get those two tiers real it'd only be like $600. So you should definitely give them a call. HTH!!!

I have no idea about how much they cost, we havent looked yet. But thats a great idea of having "fake" cakes in the middle!

if you want the cake suggest getting it for a smaller amount say 75 to 100ppl (ususlly the over estimate how much cake they will really serve ppl ,....like size of a slice)...and then get a sheet cake with the same flavours to serve the rest..ppl will never know the difference and you can save a lot of money!
