I finally got to see the venue and absolutely loved both rooms. Now I'm on the hunt for vendors. I have found 2 so far "PCS Events" and "A taste for events" but I have never heard of them and was wondering if anyone has worked with them before, or if you have recommendations for other vendors. Any info is appreciated.

I haven't worked with PCS or Taste for Events before but did look into them and they seemed like good vendors.  We're using Eggwhites for our catering and rentals.  Parties by Pat, Mena Catering, and Chez Gourmet are great too!  HTH!

In the early stages of my planning we looked into A Matter of Taste, and they were absolutely wonderful, and offered amazing packages.

Haven't heard of them. Congrats on finding a venue you like. I am using Catering Concepts through my planner.

I had my wedding in the Coral Room at the Coral Gables Womans Club last year.  We used PCS Events and they were fabulous. The food was delicious and service wonderful.  My family liked them so much that my sister is getting married next year in February and she's using them too.  Barbara helped us put everything together in no time.  She really paid attention to the details and was there for help all along the way.  They go the extra mile in extras and personal service. I highly recommend them.
